Bill Griffin

Bill Griffin, born on August 26, 1948, peacefully departed this life on June 19, 2025. He was a man of integrity and a cherished presence in the lives of many.

Bill’s journey through life was marked by dedication to his family and community. He embodied the values of hard work, kindness, and generosity, serving as a role model for those who had the privilege of knowing him. His friendly spirit and warm smile were hallmarks of his character, and he leaves behind a legacy that will be remembered fondly by those whose lives he touched.

In honoring Bill’s life, a visitation will take place at Eternal Rest Funeral Home Desoto in Desoto, Texas, on July 2, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, allowing friends and family the opportunity to pay their respects. A funeral service will follow on July 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Eternal Rest DeSoto Small Chapel. The ceremony will reflect the love and admiration that surrounded him throughout his life. Following the service, Bill will be laid to rest at DFW-Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas, at 2:15 PM.

Bill Griffin’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he loved and who loved him. His impact on the lives he engaged with will remain a source of inspiration and comfort for all who knew him.
