Brady Darnell Powell Jr was born on February 21, 1967, to the late Mr. Brady Powell Sr. and Ms. Celestine Williams.  He was an active member at Bon Air Baptist Church where he served faithfully. He graduated from Seneca Vocational High School, Buffalo, New York class of 1986. Shortly after he joined the US Army where he served 4 years.  There was not enough challenge so he then enlisted in US Marine Corp where he served 13 years.  Brady had a heart of service which led him into a food and service career after the military.  He worked in bartending, food service, and as a General Manager.  He was a faithful employee of Sweet Basil Restaurant until he became too ill.

Brady went home to be with the Lord January 24, 2016.  He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather: Luke Gilbert Jr, Maternal Grandmother: Dorothy Gilbert, Paternal Grandmother: Joyce Townsend, Father: Brady Powell Sr, and Sister: Tabitha Isaac.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Lashandra Walker Powell, Daughter: Tunisia Walker, Step Children: Kenneth, Shanqwuisia, Ashley, ShaDerricka, Felicia, Myrikal, and Jeremiah; Grandchildren: Brianna, Jalisa, Jayanti, De’Andre, and Jaylen (Dallas TX);  Mother: Celestine Williams (Arlington TX); Step-Mother: Angela Powell (Buffalo NY); Mother-n-law: Dawn Davis (Dallas TX); Sisters: Joyce Beasley(Charles) (Dallas TX), Latrina Fletcher (Arlington TX), Sincere Powell (Atlanta GA), Katherine Darby(Detroit MI) Monica Roland (Charlotte NC), Yvette Williams and Latasha Williams both of (Buffalo NY);  Brothers: Mike Darby, Wendell Williams II, Ronald Williams, Wendell Williams III (all of Buffalo NY); Nephews: Travis Moore, Kevin Outling, Justin Outling, Dezmond Johnson, Ketrick Johnson, Deiontrez Fletcher, Torrick Fletcher Jr. Dominic Jackson (Dyshawnica), D’kuan Powell, Christian Powell; Nieces: Danyale Fletcher, Erica Powell, Erin Powell.; Godmother, Susie Collins; God Sisters: Sharmonette Arthur, Vanessa Flint, Erica C.
