Christy Hogue was born January 3, 1977 in Temple, Texas to the parentage of Paul and eve Hogue. She was the only child born of this union. Christy spent her childhood years in Dallas, Texas, where she attended school and was a graduate of Wilmer Hutchins High School Class of ’96. After graduation, Christy attended cosmetology school, but her passion was always in culinary arts.

Christy spent the majority of her career in the Food Service Industry, where she worked for the Lancaster Independent School District. She was also an entrepreneur. Christy and her aunt Cynthia owned and operated C & C Catering, where she enjoyed many years serving others.

Christy was a very devoted mom to Dionte, Tatyanna, and JaiDen. At an early age, she devoted her life to Christ and was a dedicated member of Johnson Chapel. She later moved her family’s membership to Inspiring Body of Christ Church.

Christy is preceded in death by her mother, Eve Fisher. She was blessed to have two wonderful fathers in her life, Paul Hogue and Claude Fisher; a loving grandmother, Mildred Fisher; two sisters, Alicia Crane and Dtreaire Torres; her closest friend and aunt, Cynthia Bonner (Maurice); and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins who were equally important in her life.

Christy had many friends who loved and cared for her. She touched many lives and she will be missed by all.
