Cleophus Carter

Cleophus Carter, born on February 14, 1929, in the heart of Texas, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025. He was a man of great character and kindness, who touched the lives of many throughout his remarkable 96 years.

Cleophus will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family and community. He led his life with integrity and compassion, setting an example for those who were fortunate enough to know him. Through the years, he enriched the lives of countless individuals, leaving behind cherished memories and valuable lessons.

A visitation in honor of Cleophus will be held on November 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home Desoto, located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX 75115. Following this, a Funeral Service will take place on November 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Eternal Rest DeSoto Small Chapel, also at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX 75115. All who knew Cleophus are invited to pay their respects and celebrate his extraordinary life.
