It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Curtis Reed, who departed this life on June 13, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on July 6, 1966, Curtis was a cherished member of his community, known for his kind heart and generous spirit.

Curtis's life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his loved ones and his profound impact on the lives of those around him. He approached each day with enthusiasm and a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. Curtis fostered friendships that spanned decades, creating a legacy of love and camaraderie that will long be remembered.

In honor of Curtis's life, several services will take place. A visitation will be held on June 20, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX, 75115. Following this, a celebration of his life will take place later that day at Holy Temple Apostolic at 3902 Elsie Faye Heggins Street, Dallas, TX, 75210, starting at 7:00 PM and concluding at 8:30 PM. Finally, a funeral service will be conducted on June 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Eternal Rest Desoto Large Chapel, also located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX, 75115.
