Elmer Lee Cole

Elmer Lee Cole, a cherished member of our community, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on January 15, 1946, Elmer lived a life marked by dedication, kindness, and a spirit that touched the hearts of many.

Elmer was known for his unwavering commitment to his family and friends, exemplifying love and support in all aspects of life. His warm smile and gentle demeanor created a welcoming presence that drew people in. Elmer was not only a beloved father but also a mentor and friend to many who sought his guidance and wisdom.

A visitation will be held on November 13, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home in Desoto, Texas. Family and friends are invited to gather to share memories and celebrate Elmer's life. The funeral service will take place the following day, November 14, 2025, at Community Miss Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, starting at 8:00 AM. Following the service, Elmer will be laid to rest at DFW-Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas at 10:00 AM.
