Genell Pope

Genell Pope, born on June 2, 1941, peacefully passed away on December 24, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. She was a cherished member of her community and will greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know her.

Family and friends will have the opportunity to pay their respects during the visitation, which will take place January 3, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home, located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX 75115. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held on January 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Eternal Rest Desoto Large Chapel, also at the funeral home.

Genell's warmth and compassion touched the lives of many, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved.
