James Luther Clemons Jr. Randall (Heavy) born on September 29, 1959, to James Luther Clemons and Helen Ruth Lewis Clemons in Dallas, TX. He completed his elementary and high school in Dallas, TX.

He met Alendra Lyons and together they had one son Brandon Ezell Randall. He was owner and operator of North Dallas Taxi Company which subsequently changed its name to Terminal Taxi Company.

Survivors: His mother Helen Ruth Clemons Randall; his son Brandon (Breanne) Randall, grandsons, Aisten, Roman, Samuel, and Zeke Randall; Aunt Mary Campbell; other relatives and friends.
