Kenny Charles Riley was born February 20, 1959 to Richard and Mary Riley in Shreveport, Louisiana. In the early sixties, Kenny’s parents moved to Dallas, Texas, where he attended Dallas schools, Participated in ROTC, Blacknight Drill Team, and graduated from Lincoln High School.

Kenny leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Kathy; three children – Kenny Charles Washington, Kenneth Washington, and Erica Washington; six grandchildren; four brother and two sisters – Richard Riley, Jr., Robert Earl Riley, Pamela Riley Chitman (Danny), Sammy Riley, Bridget Riley, and Regus Riley; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
