Born on November 30, 1929, Lossie lived a life full of love, strength, and resilience, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to know her.

Lossie's journey through life was characterized by unwavering dedication to her family and community. The celebration of her life will take place at Eternal Rest Funeral Home in Desoto, Texas, where friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on December 5, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will follow at Salem Institutional Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, on December 6, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM.
