Patricia Ann Smith was born December 29, 1947 in Marina California to Mary Lois Jackson and Walter B. Pittman, Parentage by Marcy & Josephine Sanders of Greenville Tx. She attended Carver High School of Greenville Tx.

Patricia Smith met the love of her life O.T Smith Sr.and as of July of 2015 they made 50 years of Marriage.

Patricia Leaves to Cherish her memories to her Husband O.T Smith Sr., Nine Girls and Two Boys – Sandy (Lonzo) Jackson of Greenville Tx, Deloris Smith of Dallas Tx, Michelle Bridges of Mabank Tx, Yolanda (Carlos) Bailey of Lancaster Tx, Latonya Smith of Greenville Tx, Felicia McInnis of Lewisville Tx, Otisha Smith of Greenville Tx, O.T (Tiffany) Smith Jr. of Greenville Tx, Andre (Lateefia) Smith of Greenville Tx, Devin Smith of Greenville Tx, Kristy Thompson of Houston Tx.  Four Brothers Johnny (Roxie) Eubanks of Oklahoma, Roselle Joyner of California, Robert Joyner of California, Norman Butler of California, Two Sisters Mary Lou (Adee) Jackson of California, and Arvella Caldwell of  California. 27 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was proceeded in death by both parents, a daughter Cassandra Smith, Two Grandsons Greg Smith & Sa’Darrien Anderson, and Grandmother Everlyn Guillory.
