Born September 7, 1953 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Frank Parker and Ollie Mae Magee. He is preceded in death by his parents; Frank Parker and Ollie Mae Magee, daughter; Rashuna J. Parker, brother; Lionel Spicer. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife; Carolyn Parker, daughter; Caronda Parker, son; Ralondo Parker, grandchildren; Mariah Parker, Ralondo King Parker; sister; Betty Sneed, brothers; Frank Parker Jr., Johnell Parker, Juan Parker, Percy Parker, and a host of other relatives and friends.
