Rickey Kearney

Rickey Kearney, born on October 10, 1956, peacefully departed this world on February 26, 2026. His life, filled with warmth and kindness, leaves a lasting impression on all who had the privilege to know him.

A cherished figure in the Dallas community, Rickey dedicated his life to uplifting those around him. His genuine smile and compassionate spirit endeared him to friends and family alike, making him a beloved presence in every gathering. Rickey’s unwavering support for his loved ones and his ability to spread joy through simple acts of kindness will be remembered fondly by all.

In honoring Rickey's life, the following services will be held: a visitation on March 11, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Eternal Rest Desoto, located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX 75115. A funeral service will follow the next day, March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Friendship West MBC, situated at 2020 West Wheatland Road, Dallas, TX 75232. Rickey will be laid to rest on March 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the DFW-Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery, located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.

Rickey Kearney's legacy will endure through the memories forged in the hearts of those he touched. His journey may have concluded, but the light he brought into the lives of many will shine on forever.
