Robert Lee Boyd was born on December 24, 1935, in Hallsville, Texas, to the late Drew and Martha Taylor Boyd. He was the youngest of 10 siblings, all of whom preceded him in death.

Robert’s life was a reflection of strength, humility, and unwavering faith. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, and was a guiding presence to all who knew him.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation, Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home.

A funeral service will follow the next day, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 11:00AM at Bullock Chapel CME Church, located at 3435 Overton Road, Dallas, TX 75216
