Rodney McClenon, a beloved figure in his community, passed away on May 17, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on August 3, 1944, Rodney touched the lives of many throughout his remarkable journey.

A man of commitment and integrity, Rodney was known for his warmth and ability to spread joy wherever he went. His dedication to family and friends was evident in every relationship he nurtured. Visitation will be held on May 30, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home in Desoto, Texas, located at 1400 N Hampton Rd. The following day, a funeral service will take place on May 31, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM at the Eternal Rest DeSoto Small Chapel, also at 1400 N Hampton Rd.
