Roy Allison Ingram

Roy Allison Ingram, born on April 5, 1961, in the heart of Texas, passed away on May 9, 2025. Roy was a cherished member of his community, known for his kind spirit and unwavering strength.

Throughout his life, Roy embraced every opportunity to connect with those around him. His warm smile and gentle demeanor made him a beloved figure among family, friends, and acquaintances alike. He had a unique ability to make those around him feel valued and appreciated, forging deep and lasting relationships.

In honoring his memory, family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on May 16, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home, located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX. This time will provide an opportunity for all who knew Roy to share their fond memories and reflect on the positive impact he had on their lives.

Following the visitation, there will be a special event at the Eternal Rest Desoto Large Chapel, also on May 16, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, allowing for continued remembrance and reflection.

The celebration of Roy's life will culminate in a funeral service on May 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Lighthouse COGIC, located at 2127 South Corinth Street Road, Dallas, TX. This service will provide all attendees a chance to come together to honor and celebrate the legacy of a remarkable individual.

Roy’s legacy of love, kindness, and community engagement will live on in the hearts of those he touched. As we gather to remember him, we cherish the moments shared, the lessons learned, and the enduring spirit of brotherhood and fellowship that he inspired in us all.
