Shelly Monique Lewis

Shelly Monique Lewis, born on May 1, 1978, in the embrace of a loving family, departed this life on February 3, 2026. Her time with us, though too brief, was marked by a warmth and kindness that touched all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Shelly was cherished by those around her for her vivacious spirit and infectious laughter. She had an innate ability to brighten even the darkest days, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of her friends and loved ones. Shelly's compassion for others was evident in every interaction, as she dedicated herself to uplifting those in her community.

To honor Shelly's life and celebrate her legacy, a series of services will be held. A gathering will take place on February 13, 2026, at Eternal Rest Funeral Home in Desoto, Texas, beginning at 6:00 PM and continuing until 7:00 PM. Following this, a Funeral Service is scheduled for the following day, February 14, 2026, at Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, starting at 11:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM.

Although Shelly is no longer with us in body, her spirit will continue to resonate within the memories of those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and joy that will not be forgotten. As we gather to remember her, we celebrate the light she brought into our lives, carrying forward the lessons of compassion and connection that she so beautifully embodied.
