It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Simon Jackson Jr., who left this world on November 11, 2025, at the age of 89. Simon was born on August 6, 1936, and lived a life that was marked by a deep sense of compassion, unwavering integrity, and a commitment to those around him.

Simon touched the lives of many through his genuine kindness and warmth, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His vast experiences throughout his life were a testament to his resilient spirit and dedication, lived out in service to his family and community. Simon will be remembered for his ability to listen, offer sage advice, and share in both the joys and challenges of life with an open heart.

As we celebrate Simon's rich life, we invite family and friends to gather in his memory. A memorial service will be held on November 20, 2025, at the Eternal Rest Desoto Large Chapel, located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX 75115. The service will begin at 11:00 AM and conclude at noon, providing a time for reflection, storytelling, and honoring the exceptional man that Simon was.

While his physical presence will be deeply missed, Simon's legacy will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. May he rest in peace, knowing that he was loved and cherished by all who knew him.
