REFLECTIONS ON THE LIFE OF 

Velma Shelton-Davis 

Velma Davis was born August 24, 1923 to the parentage of George and Lula Shelton who preceded her in death. 

She is also preceded in death by her husbands; Noble Wafer, Reginald Davis, her sisters; Georgia Cullens, Mattie Shelton and one brother; J.T. Shelton. 

Velma was a very special and loving woman who loved her grandchildren dearly. She joined church at an early age at Providence Baptist Church where she served as a faithful member, she later moved to Dallas, Texas. 

Velma Shelton-Davis is survived by her loving daughter; Donna Wafer, son; Leroy Wafer, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  

Velma Davis was loved by all and will be truly missed.
